Parent Teacher Conferences

We are pleased to be using the CBE conference manager to schedule Parent Teacher Conferences using the Internet. The link for the Conference Manager is: https://sis.cbe.ab.ca/public/home.html

  • Thursday, March 14  - Start scheduling your conferences at 4:00pm 
  • Thursday, March 21 - Parent/Teacher Conferences - 4:00pm to 8:00pm Grade 1-6
  • Thurs Mar 21 - AM Kindergarten – students attend regular hours 7:58am - 10:48am
  • Thurs Mar 21 - PM Kindergarten  – no school for PM students
  • Thurs Mar 21 - Parent/Teacher Conferences – times between 11:00am to 2:30pm and 4:00pm to 8:00pm Kindergarten Only       
  • Friday, March 22 - Parent/Teacher Conferences - 8:00am to 1:00pm (NO SCHOOL)​​​​​​​ All Students

A Parent Account is required to use the Conference Manager. However, you only need to go through the registration process the first time you use the system and if you have already set up an account to pay your child’s fees online you don’t need to create another account. If you have not registered for the new MyCBE/Powerschool Account use the link above and click the “create an account”.  Your child’s CBE ID will be required.  If you do not have this number, please email Jenn Boyce, Administrative Secretary jlboyce@cbe.ab.ca and she will provide it to you. 

Can’t remember your password?

If you already have a Parent Account, click on the link above, select “reset your password” and enter the email address you used to register in the system. You must reset your password from a computer as it does not work properly from mobile devices. You will then receive an email containing instructions for resetting your password. If you do not receive an email, you might have entered an email address the system does not recognize. If the problem persists, please contact the office for assistance.

Step 1 – CBE Conference Manager opens to parents on Thursday, March 14 at 4:00 pm.  It will not allow you to book a conference prior to this time.

Step 2 – Book your Parent Teacher Conferences - Click on my School Conferences. Choose Cambrian Heights from the drop down menu and then select the correct grade group and teacher for your child; book a conference time.​​​​​
