School Update:
Continuing Our School Safety Patrol Tradition
Cambrian Heights School is proud to continue its tradition of participating in the AMA School Safety Patrol program. This week, our next generation of student patrollers completed their training and are ready to take on this important leadership role.
Northmount Drive is a busy street, and we’re committed to helping make our school community safer. You’ll see our patrollers in front of the school on Tuesday morning as they begin guiding students and families across Northmount Drive.
Please be patient, follow their directions, and help them do their job by driving carefully around the school. We’re grateful to these students for stepping up to serve our community so please join us in cheering them on!
Intramurals Are Underway!
Intramurals give students a chance to play organized games and try different activities during lunch recess. Hosted by our Physical Education and Wellness Teacher, Mr. Sadowsky, this week’s activities featured dodgeball for students in Grades 4, 5 and 6.
It’s great to see students finding so many ways to stay active at lunch. Along with intramurals, students are enjoying Soccer Club, playing kickball on the baseball diamond, using the open parts of the playground, playing basketball in our recently repainted court, and spending time in our naturalization space.
Physical activity supports students’ wellness, and it’s wonderful to see them playing and connecting both inside and outside the school. Thank you to Mr. Sadowsky for volunteering his time to make intramurals possible, and to our lunch supervisors, who do an amazing job of keeping students safe.
Our Spirit Wear Store Is Open!
We’re excited to offer Cambrian Heights spirit wear for the third year! This year’s collection features a fresh new design…a fun way for students and families to show their connection to our school community.
The online store has hoodies and T-shirts in children’s and adult sizes. Whether you’re looking for something cozy for the cooler months or a shirt to wear around school, there are options for the whole family.
The store is open until October 28, and orders are expected to arrive around November 18. Browse the collection and place your order at…
