Greetings,

We are excited for our Winter Concert & Holiday Market happening this Thursday, December 12!

Here are some important reminders:

• Arrival Time: Please arrive only at your child’s designated drop-off time – please see below for the schedule.
• Parking: Spaces in front of the school will be reserved for accessible parking to support individuals with mobility needs.  Staff parking is also reserved, but there is street parking available along the south side of the school on Cornwallis St.
• Entry: All families will enter through the front door at their drop-off time, where they’ll be guided to a designated drop-off location for students. 
• Performance: After dropping off your child, proceed to the designated line-up spot for their performance, which will begin shortly after drop-off. Staff will be there to support.
• Pick-Up: After the performance, pick up your child from their drop-off location and enjoy the Holiday Market!
• Donations: We are accepting both Food Bank and unwrapped toy donations.
• Exit: All families are expected to exit through the East doors, near the playground. Staff will be there to support with directions.

Following the concert, enjoy the Holiday Market, featuring:

• A Bake Sale hosted by Grade 6 students.
• Purdys Chocolate and a Gift Table, both hosted by School Council.

If you have multiple children performing, you may arrive at the younger child’s designated time and either stay in the building to enjoy the market until your next child performs or leave and return at the next drop-off time.  Siblings and extended family are welcome to attend the performances.
