Cambrian Heights School

Winter Concert & Holiday Market

Thursday, December 12, 2024

Families are invited to our Winter Concert & Holiday Market! To ensure every family can enjoy their child’s performance, each grade team has a specific drop-off time, with their performance starting shortly afterward in the gym.

Please plan to arrive at the school only at your child’s designated drop-off time to avoid overcrowding and ensure smooth transitions. Students should head straight to the Music Room or Maker Space to prepare – staff will be there to assist. Parents can then line up outside the gym to secure their spot for seating.

Student Drop-Off Time &

Parents Line-Up for Gym Seating

5:45PM – Kindergarten

6:20PM – Grade 1

6:40PM – Grade 2

7:00PM – Grade 3/4

7:30PM – Grade 5/6

Following each grade team performance, we will ask all families to exit the gym so that the next group of families can come in.

After each performance, families are welcome to enjoy our Holiday Market in the main hallway, featuring a Bake Sale hosted by our Grade 6 students, a Purdys Chocolate sale and a Gift Table with items priced at $1, $2, or $3, hosted by School Council.
